Donna Banks, Owner of Donna Banks Pet Photography (donnabankspetphotography.com) started helping Ruff Start New Beginnings raise funds, by doing the Pet Santa photos, at the Pet Value in Bowmanville. As a photographer, she's also been assisting shelters with photographing dogs and cats, to help them find their forever loving home.
