Join Dr. Brar to get prepared and learn all about Ontario’s upcoming Total Solar Eclipse, occurring on the afternoon of Monday, April 8, 2024. Dr. Brar will engage and enlighten you on the science of eclipses and empower you to safely view the eclipse yourself. There won’t be another Total Solar Eclipse passing through Southern Ontario this century so come get ready for this rare event!

This is a free event (ticket is required) and everyone in attendance will get a pair of eclipse viewing glasses. This will be a fun and informative night for the whole family! 

Dr. Rupinder Brar, is a Senior Teaching Professor of Astronomy and Physics with Ontario Tech University’s Faculty of Science.
