Join us for a wellness break! Each session of bibliotherapy will focus on a theme to be discussed through supplied readings. These readings have been curated through an experienced facilitator who will lead discussion.
Bibliotherapy is the act of reading and talking about books and stories to achieve a more positive sense of wellness. It is also a chance to connect with others, discuss how books can help make people feel better and share your thoughts in a small group. This program has the greatest benefit if you attend all programs. Please make sure you register for each date that you wish to attend. A trained external facilitator will lead reading activities followed by a guided group discussion.
