Join Community Care Durham as we walk for mental health!  Our 14^th CCD Walk for Mental Health Awareness will take place on Saturday, June 8^th from 9 am to 12 noon at the Port Perry Fairgrounds.  Enjoy a 1km, 2km or 5km along the Port Perry Waterfront Trail. This fundraising event is a day of family fun with a free BBQ lunch, entertainment, children activities, information booths and amazing prizes. Pre-register for the Early Bird Draw.
