We welcome back Dr. Amy Barron for her latest talk on the unexpected side of archaeology. What do archaeologists do when the world’s at war? Surprisingly, many of them turn spy. During both the First and Second World Wars archaeologists on all sides became involved with military intelligence, turning their in-depth knowledge of the land and the peoples they studied to support their countries at war.
Join us for the third Sunday Speaker on March 22 at 1:00pm at the Scugog Shores Museum Village (Schoolhouse). Admission is $10/person.
Location : Scugog Shores Museum Village (16210 Island Rd. Port Perry)
